Whether you are looking to get stronger, fitter, lose weight or need motivation, personal trainer Karmen Pi is on hand to help you. She will make your training safe, fun and effective, and help you to get the results you want.

Personal training is a tailor made program designed to fully meet your needs. It is suitable for all ages and ranges. You just need to have trainers, sports gear, bottled water and the desire to get yourself fit, healthy and looking good!

Before commencing a program, Karmen will meet up with you and together you will set the goals and discuss your nutrition.

Each session lasts an hour. The first session is devoted to assessing fitness level, body measurements, exercise and health history and goals. Be prepared to step on the scale, have your body fat tested and answer specific questions about your goals. After that, you’ll spend each session doing a short warm up on the bike, treadmill or rower followed by mobility exercises. After a warm up there will be weight training, flexibility training or other activities depending on your crafted program.
